checked my temp yesterday 5pm,its 39something.....lolxxx....
extremely hot!!!!!
jus feel like my skin going to burn up~~~
not going to eat medic cos i scare if eat it going to have dialysis in future....lolx...
so...3 litre of water and 500ml of 100plus...
whole day full will water in my stomach...=="
and add on 12 hours of slp time~~~
now my temp back to 38 edy...
feeling beter now^^
by the way,it's bird's nest(i means "yan wo") can help ppl cooldown their temp....
haha....cos last night my mum ask me to wake up and have a bowl of it...
not so nice,taste like jelly,dunoe y so many ppl like it....XP
